You will receive a digital download link (ZIP format) by email as soon as your order is confirmed. The file is also accessible at any time from your customer account, under the Orders section.
📥 What exactly do I receive after my purchase?
You will receive a downloadable digital file containing the embroidery designs in multiple formats (PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, XXX), along with a color sequence sheet with colors and sizes.
💻 Is this a physical product or a digital file?
This is a digital file only. No physical item will be shipped. You download the files immediately after purchase.
🪡 Do I need an embroidery machine?
Yes, absolutely. These files are machine embroidery designs that require an electronic embroidery machine. They cannot be used for hand embroidery or with a regular sewing machine.
✅ Can I use these files with my embroidery machine?
Our files are compatible with most domestic and commercial embroidery machines. Make sure your machine accepts one of the provided formats and that the design size fits your machine's embroidery area.

All our designs are provided in a .zip file containing the following formats: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, XXX. These formats are compatible with most embroidery machines.
📋 Which format should I use for my embroidery machine?
Here is a format compatibility guide by machine brand:
- PES: Brother, Babylock, Bernina
- DST: Tajima, Barudan (universal format compatible with most machines)
- EXP: Melco, Bernina
- HUS: Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff
- JEF: Janome, Elna, Kenmore
- VP3: Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff

🎯 How is the skill level evaluated?
The difficulty level is based on the number of colors and thread changes:
- Beginner: 2 to 5 colors, less than 10 thread changes. Ideal for those new to machine embroidery.
- Intermediate: 6 to 15 colors, 10 to 30 thread changes. Suitable for embroiderers with some experience.
- Advanced: 15+ colors, 30+ thread changes, or very dense designs. Recommended for experienced embroiderers.
🧪 Should I do a test before embroidering on my final project?
Yes, we strongly recommend it!
Sample test:
- Always embroider a test sample on the same type of fabric before your final project
- This allows you to check the result, colors, tension, and design placement
- Adjust your machine settings as needed
⚠️ Important - Resizing:
- Do not resize the designs. Resizing can affect quality, stitch density, and the final result
- We cannot guarantee the result if the design is modified or resized
- Use the provided sizes for best results
💡 Embroidery Tips
- Stabilizer removal: Remove the stabilizer by gently pulling on it, never on the embroidered design.
- Stabilizer selection: Use a stabilizer suited to your fabric for optimal results.
- Fabric selection: Check the fabric color for lightly filled embroideries (example: light stitch embroidery, ripple embroidery).
- Thread tension: Check your thread tension before starting the embroidery.
